Ask your business anything.
720 governed reports from the data already inside your Spell products: cash, pipeline, margin, crews, fleets, tickets. Nightly snapshots and live event streams, isolated per tenant, checked before publishing.
Pick a question. The report is already there.
Eight real reports from the library, computed on fictional companies. The questions rotate on their own; pick one to stop them. In the app, Spella answers any question that is not in the library and saves it as a report of your own.
AR aging
39% of $655.8K open is past due, owed by 15 of 80 customers; the 3 largest hold 83% of the past-due book.
Every figure comes from the report's governed SQL, run on a snapshot of a Spell product database. The company is fictional; the method is the one your tenant gets.
The questions your team asks every Monday, already answered.
Each card is a real Spell Intelligence report, run on one of four fictional demo tenants: an auto group, a builder, a facility-services firm and a care network. Same SQL, same gate, same charts your tenant would see.
Numbers you can put in front of a board, an auditor or a customer.
Every build passes a gate for contract, tenant isolation and finance scope before a single report can read it.
Each of the 720 reports states its grain, its sources and its caveats, and links to the definition behind every figure. Ask Spella for anything else and save it as your own report.
No connectors to buy, no warehouse to run. If you use Spell CRM Pro or Spell ERP Pro, it is already computing on your data.
From your product database to a governed report, nightly or in real time.
Nothing is typed in, nothing is pasted. Spell Intelligence reads a snapshot of each product database, checks it, and publishes one build a day; events from products and media platforms stream in as they happen. If a check fails, the last good build keeps serving and says so.
- 01
Snapshot and stream
A snapshot of each product database is exported once a night, or on demand when a product publishes; only the analytics tables leave the database. Product and media events arrive through the ingest API in real time.
- 02
Gate
Contract, types and fingerprints; counts recomputed; every tenant mapped and verified; no row referencing another tenant; finance scope per company. Any failure refuses the build.
- 03
Publish
The build is written to the lakehouse as Iceberg tables and one pointer moves. Builds are immutable; a rollback is one conditional update.

Answer
720 reports run against the published build, scoped to one tenant: in the Spell Intelligence app, in Spella, and soon inside the products themselves.
Governed by design, not by policy document.
The rules below are enforced in code and bucket policy, and tested on every build. They are the reason a Spell Intelligence number can be put in front of a board, an auditor or a customer.
Every tenant, alone
The gate checks 44 reference columns on every build. One row pointing at another tenant's row refuses the whole generation. Every report query is scoped to one tenant and one published build, and cache keys carry both.
Raw data is immutable
Exports land once and never change. Deletion happens only through tombstones and an MFA-gated erasure role. Builds are immutable and retained, so a rollback is one pointer move.
Consent enforced at ingest
Product events are filtered by consent before storage. No IP address or user agent is ever read, and the product's own user identifier never reaches the lake.
Refuse rather than guess
A generation that breaks its contract, predates its publication, mixes tenants or fails finance scope is refused and named. The last good build keeps serving, labelled with its age. Nothing is silently patched.
Currencies stay honest
Documents keep their original currency. Nothing is converted and there are no cross-currency totals; a ledger with foreign documents at rate 1 is shown as not certified.
HIPAA-eligible, one account
Runs on S3, Athena, Glue, Lambda, DynamoDB, KMS and Fargate under an AWS Business Associate Addendum. One operator holds AWS access; everyone else uses a scoped token through the products.
